I doubt it, but why can't you simply look through your purchases in PURCHASES to see if the price matches and thing you have bought. What does it say on your Card Statement?
If you can't identify a transaction then you will have to contact your Card Provider.
The problem is that payment by card would not be paid direct to the seller, it would go through Ebay Managed Payments.
