i have reported the same guy over weeks selling fraud autographs. he does them himself, and some sell stupidly £100 at a time by people who dont realise. His stuff looks like a 2 years old did it, they dont even look like the actual autograph. I have reported many times, nothing is done. Why is ebay allowing this to happen.
With respect, you could just be a competitor or anyone reporting a seller, there's no substance to your report.
Buyers need to open a not as described return if they think that they've received a fake autograph, if they're not opening them then it indicates that they're happy with their purchases.
Quite frankly, if people are daft enough to part with £100 for a fake autograph then more fool them. Anyone with a good eye for copying signatures and a pen can write a name.
I'm not sure what you expect eBay to do here if buyers are happy with their purchases?
It's unlikely that anyone here will 'get stung'.
Nobody has made you out to be the the 'bad guy', and I haven't mentioned anything about DVDs so I'm not sure where you're getting that from.
The point I'm trying to make is that you have no provenance whatsoever as regards reporting a seller who you believe to be listing fake autographs. For example, if you were Tom Cruise and spotted a fake autograph that you didn't scribble, and your manager or agent contacted eBay, that would have 100% provenance and it would be impossible to argue with that.
Why do you think that eBay should sit up and take notice, out of curiosity? Verified buyers can leave feedback or open not as described returns if they're not happy with their purchase.

you are playing with fire reporting other sellers as you are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.
The home made DVD's you are selling are not allowed and possibly illegal depending on the contents.
It is the foolish buyers who need to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE. If there is no record of dissatisfied buyers, why do you think ebay is going to take your word?
