How I do contact ebay . I keep getting sent back to the same useless information. There seems to be no way I can register a complaint. No way I can actually message them. This service is appalling.

I have buying from Ebay for many years and like adding things to my watched list but for some reason I am now not able to add to my watched list, when I click on watch item, my page just goes back to the top of the item description , I really dont know why and just wondered is anyone had any ideas why this is happening

Hi i bought an electrical item, location; glenfield, leicester, it arrived fine and ive been using it for 7 months. It then developed a fault, I conctacted them, they said return it for a repair. They want it returning to China for the repair, shipping approx £10 each way, i have to pay both ways. The item has 1 year warranty. It only cost £45. Ive contacted paypal, they only help for 180 days. The only other route is my credit card. Is this correct practise? Thanks Phil

help please, the seller agreed for me to return item - I am paying postage - I was originally going to use ebay - which gave me a tracking no. but I did not print the label - but instead took to post office and have a tracking receipt from post office. now, ebay is not allowing me to put my post office tracking no in - which I need to do to give seller the details, and also record this on ebay, as I usually claim postage back from paypal. Can anyone tell me have to do this please?

What the point of putting the distance away from you,, when it's incorrect from Cromer to skegness is roughly 91 miles away but ebay will put it at 45 as you can alway drive cars on the sea 😂🤣

I keep getting sent items I have nothing to do with. I will if anybody can help me? I keep getting return Items from various people. I have not bought these and have nothing to do with them. The items do not come up when you type in the eBay numbers. I'm at a loss of what to do. There is no general contact query email or address on eBay.
