Go right of the item purchased and from More Actions >> Contact Seller.
If they are unhelpful, and a reasonable time has passed the items last estimated dates fort delivery, read eBay's 30 day MBG written on every listing to open a case for a full refund.
Check the estimated delivery date on the listing. You can also chase it up by contacting the seller. Go to More Actions > Contact seller on the far right of the item on your Purchase History page.
If necessary you can report that your item hasn't arrived via More Actions on the far right of your order in Purchase History. Then escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.
