Has anybody recently noticed ..higher value items (that are over the new VAT mail order threshold of 150.00) you may have had listed are selling for reduced prices without going through the offer system. Recent items listed at £195.00 GBP ... have sold for £165.00 WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION ! anybody else noticed this ...have tried callin ebay & they say a technical error & have no explanation !

I sold an item on 3rd July. It was posted on 8th July. On 12th July the buyer contacted me stating item had not been received I asked the buyer to wait 7 days, as it was posted 2nd class. I had nothing heard from the buyer, the item was showing as despatched not delivered. So I refunded today Then i have a message from the buyer saying item has been received. And wants to return the refund She asked for my bank account details ( which I refused) I suggested payment through PayPal. f and f so I don't pay a fee ? Is this correct. or should the buyer refund in a different way ?

Hi there how do I report fraudulent ebayers I find at least one a month and it takes me about an hour to report each item they have because they usually have about 100 items all fraudulent usually cars,boats,bikes and camper vans it would be a lot easier if I could just report the user rather than each item but I don't know how to I see good people bidding on items that the seller does not own. they have one or two pictures with a brief description saying they are selling on someone else's behalf please can someone help cheers.

I returned an item to a seller that accepted returns, but it has been undelivered as not at that address. The unwanted item has been returned to me by Post Office. The seller no longer exists on Ebay. Is there anything I can do ?

I think its time to quit, been on ebay since 2003,site slow.greedy rip off and people bidding winning and not paying. Used to be fun now just a pain!!

I was blatantly sold a fake Mulberry Anthony by a relatively new seller. l requested a return for refund and he closed the return without contact! I didn't think that was possible. The number and font on the disc is on the Mulberry Authentication site as fake and l had provided photos of this information on the return request! Help please.

I returned item to seller but used USPS Priority mail .Used tracking number provided. pokerastin8r received item 7/2/2021. I have contacted seller several times but thus far, he has not refunded my payment.
