Undelivered returned item.

I returned an item to a seller that accepted returns, but it has been undelivered as not at that address.

The unwanted item has been returned to me by Post Office. The seller no longer exists on Ebay.

Is there anything I can do ?

'Undelivered' or 'attempted delivery' counts as a successful delivery in this case.

Escalate your case as soon as you can and you should be refunded.
