Item not arrived

Hello. Buyer open request,because item not arrived. I posted with normal 1 class ,and dont have track.nr. but i do have receipt(proof of postage) what shall i do now??

If a Small or Medium Parcel you should have a 16 Digit Doorstep Delivery Code on your Proof of Postage. Ebay accept that as proof of Delivery as long as the Tracking shows as Delivered to the Address EBay sent you. 

Always add it to your Sale Summary.

Ask your buyer to open a not received case and refund them through the case.

You should always keep your POP for at least 6 months after the sale in case you get this sort of scenario.
