If you have bought a fake then you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE to get a refund. It is all set out in the Money Back Guarantee top right of every listing.

If you have not bought but think you have seen a fake, very little point in reporting,  ebay gets reports for all sorts of reasons including trying to put cometitors out of Business, so they need convincing that an item is a fake and that is virtually impossible using photos.

The best way to report a fake is to complete a case on eBay.

Use the Report Item Link on the Listing.

If you've received a fake start a "not as described" return via More Actions on the far right of your order in Purchase History.  Then escalate it to ebay after 3 business days.

If you have a case open on eBay that is due to close in 2 hours, can you not escalate it to eBay? There should be the option to do that somewhere within the case details.

Go to the Resolution Centre and find your case. It should be at the bottom of the page.

Look for the option to escalate.

If you let the case time out you will not be refunded.
