Some Sellers Still Update to an OLD Email Address

Hi,

I have (thoroughly?) checked all my account details.

Under personal Info my email address shows correctly.

I have not found another section that could contain another email address.

When i purchase, almost all confirmation and updates (and any other generic ebay emails) arrive at the correct email address.

Sometimes however a seller will send an email directly (outside of ebay), these "can" arrive at my old, incorrect email address (one that was used when the account was initially opened.

I think I have explained as clearly as I can.....can anyone help......

Where could I find that info to update or remove it?

You may have changed all your email addresses on eBay, but did you change your email address on PayPal?

Some sellers may still use that.

Sorry I should perhaps have added that I had also checked the PayPal Account....This all appears to be up to date......its as if there is a hidden email address "somewhere"
