i have uploaded a vehicle for auction on my ebay account, but i have had 3 potential bidders phone me that they cannot place bids, how can i sort this please

You have a listing for a Ford Transit Recovery Truck showing 24 bids so it is likely that you are blocking those particular bidders in some way.

Check your settings here:

You can check if you have blocks on types of bidders on here:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

If necessary you can put their ID on your exemption list to allow them to bid:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin

Or just try that anyway in case it helps.

adding to this good advice - "Vehicle is plus VAT" - you cannot add VAT to the final winning bid.
