I listed an item and decided to use Global Shipping for the first time. The person that won the bid lives in Jerusalem, Israel and she is unable to pay because the form states unable to send to this country. Israel is on the list of non-EU countries so I don't understand what the problem is. I have an item that someone wants to buy and am unable to complete the transaction. I will not be using Global Shipping again.
