Hi everyone,
I just got a refund for a defective tech product I bought, the refund includes the postage and I want to send the item back but I can't find a way, a label, something to do that.
Should I ask the seller to generate the label, is there any other way?
Thank you for your patience

Yes, ask the seller. Not sure if they can generate a label via ebay as the refund has been issued upfront (it's usual to wait until item has been returned first). If they can't do it through ebay they can send one using Royal Mail/courier website.

1/ Are we talking a full refund including the postage you paid.
2/ Or are we talking a full refund including the postage you paid + the return postage.
If 1/ theres a good chance he does not want it back and has left it for you to dispose of.
If 2/ email asking the seller for the address.

Yes you are correct, it's 1/, I contacted the seller and indeed they don't want the item back.
Thank you
