Tracking number

Unable to add tracking number to an order. The tracking number attached to the order is incorrect, the result of which is order is saying delivery pending when the item has been delivered.

if you cannot correct / edit the tracking number yourself,  try with a laptop / PC and Chrome,  not the app or mobile browser,  then contact eBay Customer Services to do this for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
