Hi there’s update, evri said I don’t need to refund and they will try to find the parcel or make compensation to you, but I don’t think so. I’m wondering if you can report to the police because I found the goods in ‘returned’ parcel were my gifts to you which means someone stole the lens on its route. I posted it in a parcel shop so there must be a witness. I’m willing to provide all the information for assistance.
ON EVERI WEBSITE THE OPTION "VIEW FULL TRACKING DETAILS" DOES NOT RECOGNISE EITHER OF OUR POSTCODES 😞
