I'd like to be able to block sellers so I don't buy from them again!

Not much to add other than when I buy items and aren't satisfied with some element of the transaction, perhaps condition wasn't as described, or the seller was rude, or the seller was so slow to post, or the packing was dire and it was pure luck that the item arrived OK, but I wouldn't want to buy from that seller again. I'm disinclined to leave negative feedback anyway and if it's a comparatively cheap item then it's not worth the trouble in paying return postage for a refund. However, even if I did leave a negative there's nothing stopping me buying from that seller again in the future against my better (informed) judgment. So I'd like to be able to create a blocked seller list.

Using Advanced Search (top right of any My eBay page, next to the blue search button), put in your keyword then scroll down to "Sellers", tick "Only show items from", change 'include' to 'exclude' and put in their ID.   Then click on the blue search tab at the bottom.   Bookmark or save the resulting search and use that as a starting point to continue to exclude those sellers' listings from your search results.

Thanks for the advice. Though it sounds not as efficient as a blocked seller list akin to the blocked bidder list that ebay allows for sellers?

Yes, a proper blocked seller list would be good but doesn't exist at the moment.
