Hi all, I recently bid on an auction listing that has now ended and unfortunately I did not win. In the listing, the seller stated in the description: "Stock remaining: 21" The auction was for a single unit, however. I've checked the seller's other items and the remaining stock doesn't seem to be listed anywhere. My question is, is it acceptable for me to message the seller asking them to create a new Buy It Now listing for one of the remaining items at a similar price to the winning bid so that I may purchase through ebay?  Would that be against ebay terms? i I have been using ebay for years nad I have tried to make a purchase and on my phone an error 99 comes up and onmy Desktop PC it says to check my account status. I won an item on 4th April being listed as collection only, cash on collection and it was only two miles from where I live. After eventually getting a reply from the seller it turned out he is not a private seller, he does house clearances and the item is only two miles away but that is not where he lives, he lives 10 miles away and has not made any effort to make arrangments for me to collect. I do not need the item because I got what I needed elsewhere. I messaged him on the 17th April to ask him to canel the transaction because of his lack of contact and again on the 27th April. Basically he said it's mine, I won it. It is still showing as unpaid, I do not want an unpaid item strike on my account. I have been on ebay for years and have 100% good feedback on 1460 transactions. Looking into his past his feedback reflects his attitude. WHAT CAN I DO?  ... View more

I bid on and won an item for a very good price, a month ago. I have tried several times to get an invoice sent, but no response whatsoever. I realise that thnings may be difficult because of Covid19, but is there any way to push this forward with eBay? Hi. Does anyone have, or know where I can locate, a UK customer service telephone number? I have a problem with a resolution whereby the seller states they have sent a postage label to return an item, but they haven't. I cannot see an option to escalate after 8 days in this scenario, so want eBay to send me the label (seller not being particularly helpful).
