Original tracking data wiped out & not updating deliveries on items posted on Monday 13th

Anyone else noticed that ? ebay/Royal Mail link broken ???

ALL items posted on Monday the 13th via Royal Mail Tracked 48 had their tracking data since removed & not updating, showing ebay message "Running behind"  or "Not posted" on items that either were already delivered or are due to delivery today. 

I always check the tracking after  business collections & all the tracking data was there on the day of dispatch but since this morning all the original tracking has gone. 

There are a few threads on seller central but not on business boards.

Example in case any ebay's employee is passing by this thread & can inform the tech team,

one more thing, the "Edit Reply" stopped working now, it worked fine yesterday,

Hi Kat, I'm also having this same problem with an item I sold on the 13th of January. I've made a post myself about the problem. I'll attach a photo of the item with its ID number so hopefully that's all good for you.

Same here.  I sent 2 on Monday that have arrived, with delivery photos supplied by RM, but Ebay system shows one is at my parcelshop and other hasn't been posted yet.  Also, I sent one yesterday that RM say is due to arrive tomorrow.  According to Ebay system it hasn't even been posted yet!  So it looks like no one's looking into this problem.   Good thing it's not next month or they'd be unindated by annoyed private sellers who want their money!!!!

Just got off the phone with ebay Concierge and was informed that there has been no update on the ticket since this morning, but there should be an update within 15 hours; it appears to be a broader site problem with more and more sellers reporting the issue, they are working with the Royal Mail.

If you have not already contacted ebay with the ticket number "EWATCHOP-140406" please do so.

Before I contact them, are you sure this is a "global" ticket number that is relevant to everyone that has this problem, and not a specific ticket number just allocated to your case only?

Hi I have no idea about the ticket number you are referring to or how to open a case.
This really is not good enough as I thought EBay was a trusted buying/selling site.

I also seem to have an issue with parcels delivered on 16th  January. Some are not showing as delivered on eBay but are  still showing no update to tracking only the date despatched however on the Royal Mail website they are delivered

All of my parcel have been delivered but are showing in transit on eBay's tracking.

I think it's a bit strange with the new paying out terms coming in February. I'm wondering if eBay's tracking is going to take 14 days to update moving forward.

Yes, a good way for them to keep our money for a little longer! I hope
they're taking on new staff to cover all the folks desperate for their
money, especially the ones who rely on the original payout to pay for
postage cost.  I'm sure the scammers have already latched on to this
tracking problem and eager to start "buying" so they can complain that
an item wasn't delivered.

I have also noticed the expected delivery time displayed on my items listed is up to 7 days. It's definitely strange timing for this to all be happening, I have never had any issues before.

My funds have just become available for me to withdraw but nothing has updated on the tracking for the item itself but it's saying the order is complete... very strange. Maybe ebay are finally fixing the issue?

I too have had the problem for many days now - Tracked 48 services not pulling in any tracking info from RM > eBay - I thought I’d check again this morning and I’m starting to see some from this week showing as delivered or out for delivery. Some - but not all… mostly the oldest ones still show nothing… maybe a fix has been implemented and systems are slowly starting to work through the backlog? Could others check and see if they see the same please?

An item that was delivered today has updated now on ebay and showing delivered. The items that I have posted today are also updating, the items before just seem to be stuck. It does look like tracking it is updating again but only with items being delivered from today onwards.

2 of my list of 11 orders are now showing as delivered, both of them were delivered today (18th). The others are still showing as not yet posted. A bit of a concern is that the tracking on eBay for the two that show as delivered is not aligned with the dates on Royal Mail eg eBay shows me as having posted and delivered on the same day. Not a big deal unless we run into 'late despatch' metrics and have to convince CS the eBay dates are wrong.

Hi, is there any update on this? Recent sales now showing as delivered. But many more from earlier in the week are not - even though they have. Sales have dropped off a cliff edge.
