(This relates to an unpleasant buyer on my selling account)
I had a buyer who opened an item not received case, angrily demanding a refund as she claimed she no longer needed the item. The item was delivered two days later (proved by tracking) and the case was closed in my favour. She left negative feedback which I managed to get removed on the grounds that it was very obviously meant for a different seller and for an item which I do not sell.
This buyer leaves a LOT of very nasty negative feedback.
Is she now prevented from leaving feedback for me or will eBay allow her to leave a negative feedback for me again?

She cannot leave more f/b - only once per transaction but be sure to put her ID on your blocked bidder list:

No, excluding revision request, a buyer can leave feedback only once. They could still try to contact eBay about the removal and dispute it but that is extremely unlikely to have it overturned. You are fine.

Thank you both very much!
1. I put her on my blocked bidder list the instant she opened a case. I have a very sensitive knee jerk reflex for any buyer who shows a hint of trouble.
If I ever decide to start selling on this ID, I'll copy over my blocked bidder list from my other account before I list my first item.
2. She could never get that feedback reinstated. She'd have an impossible task convincing anyone that the comment was relevant to my items.
The comment described a problem with a lip tattoo/stain. Obviously a cosmetic item and I don't sell cosmetics at all. She left the identical comment for another unfortunate seller (who was obviously the intended recipient of the comment).
