So today i had an item fall outside the tolerance of measurement for diamond in a ring. Spoke to Authentication as the 'details' section of why it failed contains no information, something i raised last year and nothing done!
They won't disclose how or what method of measurement they use, they won't disclose the actual measurements in their findings. Basically told list it as they said or if i dont agree with it list it on another site. If i go down the route of taking the diamond out and weighing it, this will give true weight and if prove authentication wrong what next....their response not bothered, its their finding and thats it!
Who else is frustrated with the ebay authentication for jewellery that are made out to be top secret agents and superior to everyone else?
Ebay really know how to do well to keep business sellers on here !!!
