Item description issue?

Is anyone else seeing this issue: if I look at an item (mine or someone else's, it's happening to both) on desktop*, when I'm scrolling down, I get a brief look at the first few words of an item description but then it vanishes and is replaced by the selected recent feedback page, and I can't see how to get back to the actual description. So get a quick flash but then it's gone... 

* all seems fine on a phone. 

Can any of you check your own listings, see if it's happening too?

As ever, am totally aware I may have missed an announcement, or it could be something I'm doing wrong, or maybe just a bug / glitch / sabotage by a foreign superpower.

No one else is reporting this.... yet.

So it may be browser error?  Switch to Chrome if not using,  and clear cache and cookies,  that may help.

Hi, am on Chrome and just tried cookies and cache but no change. Also, I was alerted to it by a friend who couldn't see descriptions (not mine) so chose not to buy...

I have just paused mine and seems okay

I had the same issue on Chrome and turned off Adblock and all works fine now!  Many thanks

I have this issue, and it was the Ad Blocker which appeared to be causing it.

well, I have the same issue and "status" shows all well and good from Ebay's prospective. Surprise.

I have two accounts on one laptop.   I removed Adblock Plus from one account and the fault re disappearing descriptions went away.    I logged into the other account on the same laptop and the disappearing description fault was still there.   I removed Adblock Plus from this account and  the disappearing description fault went away.   I always thought eBay was at fault but it looks as if browser extensions are the culprits.   I use Google Chrome.   Open up the Google browser and click on the 3 dots at the top right of the screen.   Look for "extensions" and click on it.   Delete Adblock Plus or try deleting any other extensions you may have.   If you still want Adblock you will, of course, have to reinstall it.
