Since about Oct 18 Ebay seem to have been acting the opposite of what my postage location exclusions state
Dont post to Israel - buyer bought & paid with Israel address
Do post to Brazil - unable to invoice
Do post to Bermuda - buyer unable to bid
Do post to Hong Kong - some buyers can buy & pay yet a longstanding regular buyer couldn't pay
Checked my exclusions etc and all are as they should be. Anyone else getting this & importantly any suggestions to overcome it?
