Can't use my eBay balance to pay

Hello I can't use my eBay balance to pay even though I clearly have enough... 😮‍💨 It literally says it but the button is greyed out.

  Some have found logging out of the Seller Hub,  switching to My eBay Selling Then selecting Payments >>  Summary>>  All Tansactions and the blue banner with the Available funds is then available.

Click on > Withdraw until the pop up screen comes up to pay for an item.  Now I have not personally used this option but if there is a £0.00 which appears you need to manually enter the amount you wish to use. 

Not sure why or how it works,  but it seems to have helped some!

ebay balance is unpredictable and doesnt understand how to deduct a voucher code ....................................................................................................................
