Not sure how it works on the app which I do not use, but on a PC / laptop if you are tryinfg to find your replies to a message, click on the message received, and scroll down on it, your reply will be there, it all seems to be ' amalgumated' into one now.
I'm on a laptop. I am wary of "clear cache and cookies" as I think I tried it once and lost a lot of data. I can't remember now how I did it anyway but thank you for your suggestion.
I'm getting that same error screen myself (on desktop PC running chrome) if I click on the message tab on the top left of myebay page. Obviously yet another ebay glitch...
There is a workaround until such time as it is fixed: go to the top right, hover over the drop down arrow between my ebay and the notifications bell icon and bottom of the dropdown list is another link to my messages. This works - for the moment anyway!
We did receive other reports of this and a ticket is currently open with the tech team for it. I have added your account and once there is an update on a fix I'll post back.
