Seller removed item second before end of auction.

Hi, bid on an item that I was winning. Seller has removed item seconds before end and is selling item again as new listing.

Are private sellers stopping listing ? Are your saved search numbers dropping dramatically ?

New private listings in 2 saved search's that I have had running for years have dropped by very nearly 50% in the last few days . eBay search can be glitchy at times and not show all listings but not to this extent . Both show a steady marked decline...

Buying an item

I've been trying to buy an item for 24 hours. I've tried to use 3 debit cards and a credit card each of which has been unsuccessful. The seller has relisted the item and I need to check no money is on its way.
