I`ve bought SUPERLEX 180° Fold-Out Sandwich Toaster Maker Electric Health Grill Panini Press on ebay on 06 May 2024 - order number:22-11524-17501 and paid £28.99
His advert says:
Non-stick Coating
The superb marble effect non-stick plates allow your food to be effortlessly released once cooked for easy cooking and even easier cleaning.
Abrasion Resistant
With durability in mind, the non-stick marble cooking plates are abrasion resistant for tougher, longer lasting quality.
Manufacturer Warranty 1 years
After a few uses non-stick marble coating and abrasion resistant plates was damaged and now it breaches health and safety regulations. It might be dangerous for my health and my live.
I`ve been trying to contact seller but no response.
This company does not exist in https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/
but is still active on ebay.
How to deal with this case?

Superlex products are made in China. Ignore trying to contact the manufacturer, you will be wasting your time. Have you tried contact the seller via eBay messages; it might be worth a try first although I doubt they will respond.
You bought this from a Chinese seller with Chinese contact details and are now probably out of time for eBay to refund on this purchase.
Your only recourse then is to contact citizens advice and explain the situation to them; they should be able to direct you to make the appropriate online complaint to Trading Standards. I doubt you will get a refund but it will flag the problem to the authorities.
Are you sure the the state it is in now is injurous to health. If it is through potential product contamination from the coating Teflon was banned in 2008 and is no longer used on cooking appliances. I am not saying it is acceptable but any ingestion of the coating will not cause you any harm, so don't worry on that score.
My final advice is: if you are going to buy Chinese tat at least buy it from a UK seller. You may pay a little more but in instances of this nature you will find problems are a lot easier to deal with.

@wiesiom170963 I don't think you will find eBay can do anything about it as they can only invoke their 30-day guarantee and you are probably out of time from that. The UK warehouse you mention will be a fullfillment centre that numerous Chinese sellers will be using and will little connection to a specific seller as others will be selling the same item.
If you wish to draw attention to a product being unfit for purpose or a potential hazard then Trading Standards are the best route to take however you will need to contact Citizens Advice on the following number:
0808 223 1133
Alternatively Google 'Citizens Advice' for details of the nearest office to your location. They will guide you through the process to make the complaint to Trading Standards.
