5/2/25  & Just got a message from an American buyer who sent me a screenshot of my ebay shop , when he wanted to check my  ""seller's other items""  therefore I had a look on previous posts & seen this has been ongoing for the past 5 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! come on ebay

This timeline would coincide with me opening my ebay basic shop which is costing me £20 a month therefore have a wild guess what  i'm going to do ebay ??????????

I had a post on here in 2023 that showed the issue, which has since been archived...so that's fun.

I've reported it on here with screenshots and links to the issue, I've reported it via email, and over the phone via my eBay "Pro Trader" rep 6 months back who opened a ticket with technical support and who said he was already aware of the problem.

They're just not going to fix it, sadly.

Will I get a £100 refund on my last 5 months shop fees as it's advertised by ebay as ""reach 17 million WORLDWIDE buyers"" ??

Buyer here. I was able to find a direct link to a product I purchased. Placed an order, went to see seller's other items. Same message. The original item I purchased doesn't even show up in my search results. I only found it by luck through a google shopping search. Seller obviously ships to me as I have already got tracking confirmation!

Edit - found an old post from 2023 with the working suggestion:

"suggested logging in from Ebay.com rather than Ebay.co.uk and, hey presto, all the inventory is back."

Try searching on ebay.co.uk using the "Worldwide" Item location option instead of "default".

The "default" option will show mostly domestic results plus a few international results that can ship and be delivered quickly and that may not need to go through customs. The "Worldwide" option should show many more worldwide results, even those subject to long shipping delays.
