I made a sale to the Netherlands and noticed the buyer was charged much too much for postage.
I assumed the international postage rates had got swapped around (there was a longstanding bug last year that did this sometimes on relisting items)
But doing 'sell similar' from the item, I can see that the rates are correcnt and he's actually paid the USA shipping price for postage to his Netherlands address (with tax paid through IOSS so clearly ebay can see it's in the EU)
Has anyone else seen anything similar happen?
