Sold items remain in my Active list in Selling. The advice from the community says untick the 'out oof stock' option in site preferences but that option isn't ticked so what else can I do? It was never like this until a few weeks ago. It's not helpful at all for me and the concern that I will get a sale for a sold item. The listing acknowledges that it's sold by displaying the Buyer ID under Listing Info at the top but why is it still showing up in my active list? ... View more

My items ended on 20 March 2020 and then I temporarily stopped selling.  I will want to sell again in the future and thought that I had 60 days before my unsold items disappeared from the selling page.  However, I'm not able to see any of them (although I can see the sold items from the same date).  The unsold folder on the selling page says that I don't have any unsold items for the time period selected, but I haven't selected a time period and there is no option to do so.  It also says that the unsold items will be displayed for up to 60 days, but this obviously isn't the case.  When I click on 'customise' on one of the dropdowns nothing happens.    I can see the unsold items if I switch to new selling overview, but there doesn't appear to be an option to bulk relist as I used to do and I would have to individually relist each one.    Can anyone help?  Is my only option to switch to the new selling overview and individually relist when I decide I want to sell again - and do I still have 60 days before they disappear from here?     Thank you for your help.  ... I got bequeathed to me a genuine oz magazine from 1967 it is worth £250 on its own but it is signed by Bob Dylan so its worth £9999999999   I got in an argument with another seller who was clearly selling a fake bob dylan signature.    I think I wrote. Im not sure if mine is real. but yours is certainly not real.   5 minutes after sending it,    BOOM all listing gone, and im banned for 3 days, and the items cannot be relisted EVER!!.    Elton John, Bing Crosby, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix   10k or so I have to take elsewhere.      **bleep**   SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.      ... I have sold 2 items for collection only. Both werte paid for by Paypal. The first was collected on 6th April and the buyer left positive feedback that day which should have removed the hold b ut it hasn't. The payment is still on hold despite the feedback and me marking it dispatched. The second was sold just now and ebay has put that payment on hold for 21days too! I am very frustrated as now ebay wants the commission on the first item and I need the 'hold' removed to pay it. No doubt that will happen to the second item too.   Please, if anyone knows what is going on, let me know.    Does anyone know how to contact ebay? their phone back is 'unavailable' at the moment and I cannot find any other way ... I was trying to leave feedback for a buyer and accidentally clicked on 'mark as not dispatched' from the drop down list instead. I sent this item many days ago (the next working day) but now it will show dispatch overdue. If I mark as dispatched now it will show today's date and I'll get a late delivery mark against my account (and the buyer will get a confusing email that their item has been sent again). How do I undo this? When something similar happened a few years ago I was able to go in to the sales record and manually enter the correct dispatch date but I can't see this option anymore? ...
