Buyer has changed their address, how will ebay respond to their case?

A buyer won 2 lots, paid separately and gave a different address for each lot. I sent each lot tracked to the address given, and entered the tracking number for each lot.

They have recieved one parcel and they have asked for a return on the second as it isnt included in the first parcel.

I assume they have asked for a return as they can't ask for a refund, as tracking shows its still in the post.

 

I just checked and they have changed their address on the more expensive lot.

Is this a known scam, how will ebay respond to their case? They can't return something thay havent received.

as long as you sent it tracked to the address given with the payment you are covered if the tracking shows the item as delivered

 

 

 

they can't return something that they haven't received and you don't have to refund until tracking shows a return as received

They won't be able to Claim Item Not Received if you Posted to the Address PayPal sent you and added the Tracking to Dispatch.

 

No they can't open a Returns Case if they haven't received the Item. They sound like trouble though. Any problems come back here.
