This probably is a basic one to most members: In my account, I'm trying to find details of items that I did not sell in the recent past but cannot find anything.   If an item isnt sold (even after relisting), do all the listing details disappear from account pages after a certain number of days?   I have a few templates based on what I sold previously but yes it will be a chore re-uploading them.   Thanks in advance ... Hi, i listed something on eBay yesterday at 3% promotion however the listing didn't show up as sponsored even after i waited until today so i closed the promotion and repromoted for 10% although it shows the listing is sponsored now, the listing is still about the 40th in the search result which is the same as before it was sponsored. The current trending promotion rate is 9% yet with my 10% it still not even in top 10. Thanks for your time. ... View more

Hello there, I posted an item on 14th April. Today 30th April my buyer sent me an email with attached photos of the empty mail back delivered by Royal Mail with an apologetic letter from them for the poor condition of the item. It is clear the bag was torn open and the contents stolen. I will of course refund the buyer but how do I get my eBay and PayPal fees back?
