Is there a FEE for adding the "BEST OFFER" option?

(Sorry, I searched the forum for quite a while but just can't find. I don't see it featured on the FEE page either).

How much?

And can individual sellers use it?

Nope, no extra fee

you can always check the fees before you send the listing live...

at the bottom of the listing you will see" list with displayed fees"....the fees will be displayed next to it....if you do not like it you can go back to the listing and change before sending live...

so many members are took by surprise when they look at their invoices/accounts!

If you add best offer to auction item (no fee), but as soon as bid is placed, BIN disappears.
