Maximum £1 selling fees deal - what happens if update listing?

I want to add an extra photo and change the description for a listing. Will I still get the maximum £1 fees deal or will it be considered as a relisting and therefore subject to standard 10% seller fees?

Adding a photo will not effect anything as long as its just a revision
