How to get my Sellers Fee back PLUS PayPal fees.

Hello there,

I posted an item on 14th April. Today 30th April my buyer sent me an email with attached photos of the empty mail back delivered by Royal Mail with an apologetic letter from them for the poor condition of the item. It is clear the bag was torn open and the contents stolen. I will of course refund the buyer but how do I get my eBay and PayPal fees back? I know I have to claim from RM too but that's another problem I'm unsure how to navigate also. SOS to anyone who can advise me please. Many thanks and Keep safe everyone.

Buyer has to open a Not As Described Case in the Resolution Centre (Foot of Page), if you want the empty envelope returned you have to provide a return label through the case.

Royal Mail may need to see this as part of your claim, but if not you should refund through the case  and that gets you a refund of the sellers fee.

Paypal no longer refund any part of their fee.

when you refund the buyer through the ebay case that they open you will get your ebay fees refunded

paypal no longer refund fees, so you can't get them back
