Same here, they don't understand anything at all.
looking at your feedback it doesn't look like the buyers are the ones doing the conning!
your listings state you provide VAT invoices yet there is no sign of your VAT number
you have multiple negative feedbacks accusing you of selling fakes or poor quality items
ebays Money Back Guarantee is for the buyers protection, there isn't any seller protection.
`So stop judging people if you didn’t face any scam. Sell some expensive stuff and you would know the how it’s feels when lose your phones and money.`
i don`t judge anyone and don`t sell expensive items on here, that`s why i don`t get ripped off in the first place.
i certainly don`t allow buyers to dictate how i run my sales and certainly how i post stuff. You can`t let people dictate to you, then blame Ebay when it goes belly up, simple as that!
People come on these boards selling £500 laptops or phones, but send them second class through the post, then wonder why buyers claim not received and get their money back AND keep the item, plus the other god knows how many scams going on here, so with respect, i can only `judge` what i read 🙂
There`s a saying on these boards that`s been around for years - `Don`t sell what you can`t afford to lose`!
OH and don`t treat customers like **bleep** and then moan when ebay treats you the same way.
Ebay's Customer Service is based in The Philippines, not India.
Re. "know your place..."
Most responders on these boards are experienced business sellers. And they don't use their business accounts to post, for obvious reasons. Most will use their buying accounts, or accounts they've opened specifically for helping out on these boards.
@thobarsing
If you don't like ebay customer service why do you still sell on ebay.
And calling your customers morons is not really good customer service.
