Hi could you help i sold a Monler coat to a buyer  it was delivered and signed for by warner i have picture of this as soon as the lady received it she falsly claimed the item wasnt as i desribed ,saying it was smaller than a 14 as i l;isted and sent me pictures of a lable 10 you can clearly tell from this picture she sent that this is a different coat to the one i sent  by the colour of the lining and size    ,i also have both pictures .The buyer said the coat had a;so been worn but it hadnt she claimed it smelt it most certainly didnt  but the one she sent back to me did . The  lady requested a refund were i got billed for the delivery  and she kept sending me messages asking were her refund was  even one had a laughing face on||||  i also i have pictures of this  i explained i hadnt received it yet as soon as it come i would give refund . Anyway the coat arrived and as soon as i saw the parcel  which looked extreamly small  opened it and she had sent a competely different coat back age 10 not 14  totally different colour  totally diffent size . she obviuosly had this in mind to do from day one by sending me pictures of a smaller labl;e.Scammer||| also in the pocket was a buisness card which i have kept and to my disgust was a used tissue with snot and blood on absolutely disgusting ||||||| i also have pictures of these . I have tryed to contact the buyer  numerous times to either send me  my coat undamaged(which i dont want now i want the payment) and i will return her coat on completion of payment i am still waoitng reply from days ago .   the coat she sent me probably isnt even genuine.i have kept all labels from her coat she sent me  I opened 2 reveiw reports with ebay  for falsely claiming the item wasnt  as described and for returning a completely diffrent item back to me  this has been acknowlged by ebay on  2 april but i havnt heard anything alse  this is a fraudulant claim and if its not resolved i have no choice to go to the police . thank you for support hope you can help  Michelle Weaver .      Weav-UK2014   ... For the first time I booked a parcel collection through Ebay & Packlink.Parcel should have been collected by Hermes but driver delivered across the Street then just drove right on past.   Hermes will take nothing to do with it saying I will have to contact the company the collection was arranged with. Found a way to contact Packlink via ebay - page says to fill in the contact form then submit either email or live chat.Filled in all the details and then discovered there was no button to click on for either email or live chat.   Should have just risked it and went to post office     Anyone Help me out with what I should do ?. ... I sell individual Lego models at low prices and the majority of buyers tend to buy multiple items as I advertise combined postal charges.  As an example my postal charge is £1.15 per item, but often I can sell 6 to 8 cheaper items and put all into same envelope and still charge total of £1.15.   However as each item was sold separately 8 items would attract a total postal charge of £9.20.before I adjust via the invoice.  This is the amount E Bay levy their fees on,  so 92p.  However the customer pays just £1.15 in total so I am overcharged on fees week in and week out and I do sell a lot of combined items.   If this a fair and/or correct practice ?      Thanks              Brian ... Hello,   After speaking with a technical advisor about a different matter I have noticed that my photo's in my sold section of the overview screen are now missing, yet in the selling activity they are still showing. Does anyone know if there are technical issues going off please? I got another mad man hassling me! 2nd one this week. Are they so bored already they got nothing better to do than complain about something tiny in this current situation we are living in ??!??!?!?!?   I am being told that I am greedy, a conman and liar because I have higher postage price at the moment.  I have put it up to cover the cost of posting via hermes and yes my postage has added cost such as packing materials and printer ink, what is wrong with that ?   My average item only costs £2.00 and sometimes I let them go for 99p.......   This member has said that they are going to report me to ebay as i have high postage cost.   Can he do this ???   and what will ebay do ?   I did reply with a polite message explaining why my cost had gone up.     He thinks because it is a small £2 item (plastic figures/soldiers) I should post it as large letter cost.   As I am using Hermes collection it cost £3.45 cheapest, then I add a bit on for my costs.     If people dont like it , why do they not just look elsewhere instead of ruining my day complaining ?   Am I in the wrong, or not ? ... Since ebay insists on a 30 day listing for buy it now, I have found that my sales are way down on last year, has anyone else found this, I did a lot better when you could list for 7 days with BIN. would just like your thought or experiance if this is the same with you. Thanks. ... View more

I would like to suspend my listing until trips to the post office etc are less risky but I don't want to cancel them.  I am worried about losing all the photos etc. and having to retake them all.   I can't find anything in the Covid 19 information on ebay to tell me if I can do this or how.  Anyone already done this and if so how? ... We have some old listings which we would like to send to auction. This is fine for single item listings with no variations specified.   For listings which either had or still have multiple variations there seems to be no way to add these directly to auction - or am I missing something?   I've tried the usual 'add to auction' - I get the send to online auction 'spreadsheet' - but for items which have had multiple variants I cannot add a starting bid or change the listing format to auction, and when I submit it, the original listing is unaltered and there are no new auction listsings.   I hope there is a way round this? Hello everyone hope everybody is doing well and keeping safe (#stayhome)  I've basically recieved several orders yesterday and one of the was worth £45 of sell and 30-40 minutes after this £45 sale I've recieved a message from another account saying that if I coud cancel the order that they've placed but have not mentioned anything about what/which order to cancel as the message was from another account I couldnt do anything and didnt know which order to cancel or even if shoud have cancel because I wasn't sure if the actual buyer wants cancel the order as I haven't recieved any message from the original account so I decided to message the him back saying to provide the order no or message from the original account that the purchase was made from and still not heard from anyone nothing so I'm assuming that this message was for the £45 worth item but I'm not sure and planning to dispatch the item but wanted to get some ideas from you people out there if you could tell me what you would to that would be great. thanks :)))))) ... Hello! Does anyone have any tips for inventory templates to save phone IMEI numbers and record sales? I basically want to list my stock, incluidinbg each IMEI, and record the sales and buyer at the side of that row...
