I have around 150 active listings.All meet the criteria for ebay premium but only 3 listings have it

I have around 150 active listings.All meet the criteria for ebay premium but only 3 listings have it.

They all have have tracked shipping over £20, express postage option etc.

Any clues why?

The 3 that have the badge offer standard delivery 

all the others is economy ( 2nd class)..if you want to send economy you need to change your dispatch time to same day dispatch ( say cut off time 1pm)
