Buyer opened request then let me know parcel arrived.. didnt close request, what happens now?

Hi all, 

As in title the request is still open , buyer messaged me day after but not closed it. how do i get it closed, I have speech problems so cant speak but theres no alternative listed on contact

Have you messaged your buyer to close the request.  Perhaps he doesn't know how.  Advise them to go to the bottom of most oages,  and clisk on the link Resolution Centre.  Find the case there and say Yes to ....  Has the matter been resolved.

If he does nothing do not worry,  it will just time out after 30 days.

Presumably you have added the tracking  number to the case?  Showing delivery that too will close the case.
