Sold items remain in my Active list in Selling. The advice from the community says untick the 'out oof stock' option in site preferences but that option isn't ticked so what else can I do? It was never like this until a few weeks ago. It's not helpful at all for me and the concern that I will get a sale for a sold item. The listing acknowledges that it's sold by displaying the Buyer ID under Listing Info at the top but why is it still showing up in my active list?

This has happened before,  it's a glitch.

Look at the ones still in Active selling after being sold.  It should not have any facility to Buy Now,  so in affect,  cannot be sold again,  and should say top of the page ' You have sold this item'

Use a laptop / PC / browser,  but not IE and not the ebay app to manage this.

Thanks Tressygirl, you were quick! I can live with the glitch but didn't fancy sorting out returning payments to anyone buying an item I had shipped to USA the day before. Thanks again and stay safe OK. NickD
