Struggling to open an unpaid item request that sold 8 days ago

Hello, had no replies to many messages to buyer

From "resolve a problem" I just get to "unpaid item asst will open a case on 18th May" - I went to open one now, so can get my final value fee back and relist, but i can't see the option!

On your home page, go to account, then site preferences, then unpaid item assistant, you can turn it off. It is obviously set to open cases after more than three weeks, just keep it off and open when you want to, anytime after 48 hours
