How do i get refund back - parcel has now arrived

I sent a parcel to Indonesia , it did not arrive and customer opened a case against me - which i refunded . I have had an email today to say the parcel has just been delivered and how delightful to be so honest - How do i reverse the refund please ?

You can send a Paypal request for payment, or he can send to you by Paypal. If you have an email it will have his email address to which you can send a paypal request. If not if you look on the leave feedback page the email will be there.
