I was trying to leave feedback for a buyer and accidentally clicked on 'mark as not dispatched' from the drop down list instead. I sent this item many days ago (the next working day) but now it will show dispatch overdue. If I mark as dispatched now it will show today's date and I'll get a late delivery mark against my account (and the buyer will get a confusing email that their item has been sent again). How do I undo this? When something similar happened a few years ago I was able to go in to the sales record and manually enter the correct dispatch date but I can't see this option anymore?
