Payout still in progress

Good morning, I have sold an item yesterday and funds went into available balance. I have withdrawn this but payout still in progress which is longer than expected. Any idea why?

Fund not available after stated date

I completed an order on the 1st March and was informed on the order that funds would be available on March 15th. We are now a couple of days past this date and the funds are not showing in my eBay balance - why is this?
