Where do you enter the collection code on the phone app?

I can't remember if this still works for the app but try opening the item from your sold list and it shouldcome up with scan QR code. If you scroll down, it should say or enter code. Not sure if they have changed it though.

Codes can be entered on a laptop.

Thanks a lot. I actually found the slot after I posted this. It is in a drop down menu. Hard to find. I think eBay have a difficult-to-navigate website. But maybe that's just me.
