Reading the email this morning I cannot feel anything but dread about the impending mandatory Simply Delivery Roll out! Does anyone else feel the same? Has anyone used it and can tell me I am worrying about nothing? I sell candles and other items, I like autonomy over how I send my items. I feel this is being taken away from me. The additional fee being added to each item has already seen me taking a huge hit on my sales, if SD is equally awful and repressive I think I will have to shut up shop!
If you were to trade correctly on an eBay business account you won't have the Buyer protection fee added to your listings or be subject to Simple Delivery.
Plus`simple delivery` is more expensive and time consuming than going to the post office and letting the post office employee do the job they are paid to do.
So if you upgrade and pay fleablag a monthly fee everything is fine then?
You’re clearly buying the ‘candles and other items’ (from cheap shops like Aldi and Home Bargains by the looks of it) with the intention to sell on. I don’t care what people do but opening a business account would appear to be the obvious solution for you if you’re unhappy about BPF and SD.
