Don't refund just tell them to return it. Often they dont bother. But if
they do you can use the item to prove it was deliberately damaged. Don't
refund and make it easy for them as the might try it again if you dont
block them
Go on seller hub and report the seller also open a case with ebay to get
your money back. Ebay will help you If you open a case. The seller can
open a case as well as the buyer. If you still get no joy telephone

Yes it has been happening for years but especially at this time of year.
Once somebody does it i block them as I dont need the hassle. I have had
