Unfortunately companies like EB never admit they are wrong as they think
they can do no wrong even though threads like this exist, I think they
just want to be like Grabazon Marketplace, selling junk for silly prices
without the hassle of dealing wit...
Just to update this, I did get my vouchers and both were used easily,
the discount showing up on any item that was above £50, nice. I had to
be refunded for 1 item and the Voucher was reinstated so can use it
again.
"It's not a business for me though...." LOL Yet another business
masquerading as a private seller to get out of their legal
responsibilities and moaning....
I bought something on Live the other day and got a notification this
morning saying my vouchers were being processed or some such message, so
we'll see what happens!
So you're a Business masquerading as a Private seller who works in
retail complaining about customers, retail isn't as easy as you think
working from your bedroom is it.
