For ages, and 20% is actually not as bad as it gets, one of our accounts has had fees of between 30 and 35% for the past few years. And none of our business accounts have fees under 20%.
A combination of 14.9% plus VAT final value fees, and shop fees of nearly £100.
There are also international fees, fees on postage (which for us is 14.9% and VAT on top of our postage and packing price). And lets not foreget the 30p plus VAT fixed charge on orders.
Though, to be fair, you can work out all the fees before you list on the help pages.
