Ebay easy postage joke....

So I've sold something and thanks to this the buyer has selected easy postage 2nd class letter - maximum depth 0.5 cm.  The item is a greater depth than that (eye pencil in box) - add any padding to keep it safe etc.  So basically I will be paying more to post the damn thing...... this is the first issue I've had with it and clearly ebay have changed my postage en masse as I always have it sent by courier to cover packing etc.... thanks ebay.....

If the label has Marketplace Seller on it. It really is not a problem, post office have now been instructed to just take the parvel and Ebay will sort it out with Royal mail later .

Didn't think a buyer could select their own postage under simple delivery, maybe there's a glitch going on at the min

If it's the item sold at about 5pm, it shows

Postage:

£1.55 Royal Mail 2nd Class.

which is the price of 2nd class large letter standard; and indicates it's not Simple Delivery.

If ebay is now saying you must use Simple Delivery, you can just use the label they provide, as per message 2.

Seems its been a glitch as I've refreshed a couple of times, logged out
then back in and it's come good. Random...
