Looking at its history on eBay, feedback response continues to be on a decline.
One can assume that buyers and sellers fail to leave feedback because they no longer see any value in it and are simply not bothered with its value. Even eBay fail to promote it any more.
Whilst the ongoing saga of BPF and SD continues, Sellers and Buyers cannot be expected to be supportive of eBay. Their lack of communication and transparency leaves a lot to be desired and the appreciation of their customer base is most certainly at a all time low.
I am somewhat surprised there has not been any remedial action from senior management … are they aware of the community postings, do they bother to read them or are they not passed on for their attention ??
