Royal mail deliver to Ebay Fulfillment address:
Pitney Bowes Warehouse
GSP, Unit 3 Dove CL, Fradley Pk
LICHFIELDStaffordshire
GB WS13 8UR
Where they accept in bulk from Royal Mail without checking individual parcels. Which leaves
Like MY situation In the event of non delivery, Royal Mail not confirming delivery and Ebay not confirming receipt.
It beggars belief that such a situation can be left to sour the experience of Ebay and Royal Mail users.

If Royal Mail's delivery driver has failed to record a delivery scan the fault lies with Royal Mail.
Has your buyer opened an "item not received" case? Also, which Royal Mail service did you use to send the item?

That really depends how OP sent the item to GSP.
If it was just posted in a post-box, there is no evidence it was ever in the Royal Mail network. So nobody in RM, certainly not the driver, can be shown to be at fault.
Of course if the OP has a PO proof of posting, or if it was sent tracked, and is already showing as being in the network, then someone at PO/Royal Mail is at fault, not necessarily the delivery driver, unless the tracking states that it was out for delivery.

Should it have arrived at GSP a long time ago?
Sometimes it seems to take ebay/PB a few days to process it.
Hopefully you will receive the "We are writing to inform you that your recent transaction through the Global Shipping Programme has dispatched from the Global Shipping Centre." email soon and all will then be OK.

I did make a couple of assumptions in my post but it sounds like the OP was expecting at least a delivery scan. I'm therefore pretty sure they didn't just use stamps and drop it into a parcel/postbox.
The OP is almost certainly correct about RM delivering in bulk to PB although they didn't state where they obtained that information from. In these cases the delivery driver doesn't scan each individual package; they bulk scan consignments of packages which should update each individual item. If the OP has used Tracked 24/48 they will at least know where the tracking stopped however they haven't yet confirmed which service they used.

Can you confirm the address label did include the unique reference number that should have been between the first two address lines shown? If that vital reference number was missing PB would have no idea which order the package related to.
